Requirements:

• 50% deposit prior to event and balance due before set up.
• If Outdoors: Crew reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event in the event of rain or wind in excess of 10-15 mph.
• The screen can withstand winds up 15 mph when properly tied down.
• If show is canceled on site because of weather, payment in full is due to crew.
• Show location must provide adequate space based up contracted screen size
• A completely dark viewing area is required to see the brightest video image. Please be willing and able to turn off any light.
• Purchaser agrees to allow a minimum of four (2) hour set up prior to event and two (2) hour tear down and load out immediately following completion of performance.
• Purchaser is responsible for any and all license(s) associated with the showing of the movie/film in a public place.
• Purchaser is responsible for any and all Permits(s) associated with the showing at the location. Purchaser will do all inquiries as to which permits are required for it’s specific location.

Drive-in Cinema
